I installed the nursing mod and went into my save in Monte Vista to try it. Brandon and Angel have a new baby there. Brandon is a genie and a lifeguard. Angel is an imaginary friend and in the nectary career.
In my game, the baby wasn't hungry right then, and the couple were flirting with each other. They suddenly headed out to the greenhouse. Hmm. I checked Brandon's queue and it said "Demonstrate Mouth to Mouth." I'd never seen that come up before. What was he up to?
When they got to the greenhouse, Angel faked a swoon.
And Brandon bent down and kissed her--a nice, real kiss.
Angel fanned herself. She liked that!
Then he offered to show her another demonstration!
I checked Brandon's romantic options, and sure enough, as a lifeguard he can demonstrate mouth to mouth. I never knew! ... Let's see that again. ... Angel drops to the ground.
Brandon kisses her.
She blushes.
And he then tells her he hopes she's got a feel for how it works now!

Back to the Breastfeeding Mod. ... The option appears on the baby.
There aren't any special animations, just cuddling. And since my game was still censored with pixels at the time, they were both hidden.
There's also an option on the rocking chair to nurse while rocking the baby.
They both get +20 moodlets for 2 hours.
Anyway, I think this is a nice option to have for babies.
