04-12. Party 2: The Sequel

Daryl threw another party. This time it was formal.

Interestingly enough, the tone was much more sedate---except for the full moon influence. But instead of everyone cheering about sims skinny dipping, they booed them. And the only skinny dippers were the Party Animals Trevor and Grizelda! Last time, at the pool party, everyone jumped into the hot tub--all nude!

These two got into the hot tube right away and never left it.

They stayed cuddled up for hours, smooching and talking.

This was a bit frightening when I first saw it, until I realized that Dromio was only siphoning power from the stereo!

I also caught him doing a self-tuning job--to his rump!

And now the crazy plumbot has gotten himself a portable piano. Great. Just great!

Jeremy is a very social guy. I found him talking with Dromio, and they soon became Friends. Jeremy also hit level 8 in the Nerds group by bragging about his gaming skills.

I got a popup notice then saying Jeremy could choose another trait. I gave him Computer Whiz. He's strong in logic and has the Handy trait, and I didn't have a Computer Whiz in this bunch.

Chris popped up a wish to Dare Aaron to Kiss Another Sim. He and Aaron are Best Friends, so I let him dare Aaron to kiss Jacquelin.

No problem! They're married, after all.

Aaron is a Supernatural Fan. Every full moon he goes kind of nuts. He either slaps people or embraces them. Charlotte didn't like to see Chris being embraced! ... Man, Chris is sooo easy! I can now see why he got in trouble with Charlotte.

When Aaron tried to embrace Charlotte, she said No.

That is, she said No the first time. Later she said Yes!

Charlotte played some kicky ball after Aaron's embrace.

Then I noticed Chris sneaking around. He was hiding Trevor's clothes! He also took Grizelda's!

Daryl tried out the drums. He was terrible! I think it must have been the first time he'd played them.

Those poor bachelors! Daryl gave Sophia flowers. She accepted them, but jumped right in to talking about comic books. Jeremy was keeping an eye on Daryl and his new girlfriend.

Then it was time to go and Trevor discovered he'd been pranked!

As did Grizelda.

The next morning, the skinny dippers got out of bed, and I realized I'd forgotten to take them to a dresser for their clothes. Oops!

04-11. Two Days Babysitting and Building

I spent two more days babysitting the heartbroken Chris and Charlotte. They're over the breakups now. I also moved the other two couples further along in their relationships.

The girls worked on building their skills and the guys on fulfilling wishes. I also changed all the island residents' Lifetime Wishes to Renaissance Sim (master any 3 skills) because most of their original wishes could never be completed living on that island!

I did wardrobe remakes for the 3 girls. And I also built another small wing on the chapel house and did some landscaping. The Inn Haven bachelors threw another party too--on a full moon.

Jeremy and Sophia: Fully romanced and Going Steady.

Trevor and Grizelda: Engaged!

Chris and Charlotte:
I made sure the other sims were friendly and supportive to each of them. No bad feelings.

Charlotte and Chris' relationship was low, so it took some time to build it back up. I also took pity on them and changed Charlotte's Inappropriate trait to Dramatic--for her sake and mine! And I changed Chris' Heavy Sleeper trait (what a waste) to Dramatic too.

They now have a shared trait like all the other couples. I thought Dramatic went well with both their personalities.

Romance was slow in evolving, but they were eager!

Now they too are Going Steady.

So far, they're getting along perfectly.

And they're both very happy together.

Here are some screenshots of what the Lightkeepers home looks like now.

The area I added is 5x5. It's not furnished or decorated yet. I'm thinking it should be a dance/rec area. I'll finish it next time I'm in game, and then I'm switching to the bachelors' place to resurrect the last ghost ladies!

04-10. Random Beowulf

Beowulf also went to the Inn Haven lot (outside) for the party. He found the raccoon. At first, he just watched as the raccoon slept.

Then they sniffed each other and started playing. Beowulf actually got the Playful trait while Goofing Around with the raccoon.

Beowulf's also been good for Chris during this upsetting time.

Although, he did sleep in the sauna and made everyone get the Wet Dog moodlet. He must have smelled bad!

04-09. Party Time!

Daryl at the Inn Haven bachelor pad threw a "pool" party. Everyone was invited. This was the wildest townie party I'd ever seen. I let everyone do whatever they wanted while I just sat back and laughed. I don't think the pictures need any explanation.
