06-08. Honeymoon: Bazaars, Snakes, and Desert Sands

This update has a lot of screenshots, though I didn't include all I took! I'll keep the descriptions brief. Al Medina is a wonderful custom world, but I ran into several glitches and issues. I ended up cutting the honeymoon short because of them. I didn't want to take time to fix things since I was only using Al Medina as a vacation world.

Piers and Hera spent a total of 4 days in Al Medina seeing the sights. They explored the tourist section, the modern city, and the old village, even slept out in the desert outskirts.

It was a long taxi drive to the modern Central District from the Foreign Quarter.
Arriving at the main bazaar.
Shopping with vendors.
Tasting local cuisine ... like cupcakes.
Snake charming.
Hera excelled at charming.
Socializing at a tavern.
Visiting an exclusive club.
Dining while listening to live piano music.
While walking through the night desert, Hera and Piers saw a Unicorn by an oasis.
The couple spent the night at a secluded retreat and slept in a tent.
Early the next morning, they found a camp site near an underground labyrinth tomb.
Unfortunately, the doors were locked, and the two didn't have time to discover a way in.
Near the old Amazigh Village, Piers and Hera tried a little fishing.
There was a very nice spice shop close by, stocked with all kinds of exotic ingredients.
The top floor of the shop housed the merchant's private rooms.
Hera and Piers also visited the community garden by the village, a quiet relaxing shelter.
Hera and Piers finally made it to Amazigh after a long walk across the sands.
In the old village, they found fabric vendors offering outdoor tubs of dye to create exciting new cloth colors.
An open stage promised outdoor entertainment. Piers and Hera stayed later to watch the show. However, the performers were invisible.
When the newlyweds realized they were alone in the Vault of Antiquity, they took time to enjoy each other's company. One thing led to another ...
Learning new Eastern songs outside the Vault.
Instead of returning the way they came, Hera and Piers took the subway train back to the Foreign Quarter.
The train station was a combination of modern and old.
Before returning to the hotel, Piers and Hera stopped at one last club to have a drink and relax in the hot tub.
The couple went to bed late that night. The next day, they flew home to Rinn Fada, enthusing about their wedding and honeymoon the whole flight.
