I installed Old Tomes Bookstore and Tearoom from MTS. I love this build, but I did make some changes to it to fit what I was doing on Mysterious Island. It's designated a library in my game. Notice the Weather Stone appeared on this lot too.
My library includes bookcases, sports, arts, inventing, and the Science Center RH.
I took out counters and books to make room for the Science RH rug. Originally I had a Bookstore RH, but decided the Science Lab would be more useful for my Gentlemen Prefer Ghosts challenge.
I replaced the barista bar with a self-serve juice bar and added a snack area on the second floor. I really liked the music stage that was already there--and so did my sims!
A lot of the things my boys are doing in the next screenshots were things they chose to do themselves. Can you pick out my two Virtuosos? (Guy and Aaron) What about one of the Genius sims? (Daryl) Chris just came to watch.
Athletic Trevor and two more with athletic skills (Steven and Jeremy) went straight for the sporting activities.
Avant Garde and Daredevil. Born to be a Rebel. Bradley chose dumpster diving.
How ... sweet. Listening to the music box. Steven's idea.
I did tell Daryl to fix everyone something to eat.
Most of the guys ate outside.
Chris asked Steven to play chess.
I put Bradley, Trevor and Aaron on crafting stations: painting, inventing, sculpturing.
But Steven found a sketch pad himself and joined the artists.
Daryl went on the computer.
