And fishing has been successful too. No one has caught any deathfish from the wishing well, but we now have 6 deathfish from the fishing pond!
I took my top 4 fishermen to the pond and had them fish with Alley Catfish bait. We'd caught those the day before. Notice Aaron telling Chris how much he loves the graveyard!
With the Alley Catfish, the guys caught angelfish. That's what we need as bait for the deathfish. Once we had enough angelfish, I put three of the guys on the deathfish spawner. Those three were level 6 and 7 in fishing. (My Angler is Steven, but he was home working on the garden since he's the Green Thumb too.)
The three top fishermen caught 2 deathfish each.

Daryl got called away from fishing when his lady friend appeared in the cemetery. Remember, Daryl and Clara are Romantic Interests, but she refused his offer to go steady. At this meeting, they greeted each other and things were looking good--at first.
Then Clara started acting coy! I know she was doing it on purpose because she has the Flirty trait! Daryl tried a simple little kiss.
"Uh, uh, uh," she said while wagging her finger at him.
He tried flowers and she refused them. The relationship bar was slowly sliding backwards!
Even compliments didn't work, so I had Daryl try a few friendly interactions, which went ok, but there weren't many options to choose from. ... And she and Daryl had gotten along so well at first! Clara had even let him kiss her that first night. Poor Daryl!
Is Clara somehow remembering her husband from Roaring Heights? NRaas doesn't show her as married or having any other RI here in Mysterious Island. Why is she playing so hard to get?
