Max had picked up some special seeds and finally gained enough gardening skill to plant them (still not knowing what they were). Most are Life Fruit and he did harvest 2 fruit from one of those plants so far. Another plant looks like it might become Plasma Fruit. But the last one will probably become a Money Tree, but not sure yet. The Challenge allowed Max to keep the Money Tree on his lot.
He's been working on his community service. That's the area he's low on right now. I managed to have him put some hours in though. At level 10 in his career, Maxwell only has to work 3 days for a few hours (and hold meetings on off days), so he has more free time. For part of his community service, I am having him upgrade computers, etc. on the community lots he hangs out on the most. Here he's repairing a broken TV first before upgrading it to unbreakable.

Max had a romantic date with a sim he met in the library, Kirby Wise. She shares two of Max's traits and has a compatible astrological sign. Besides being a workaholic and genius, she's also excitable, easily impressed, and childish. HA! She'd be a fun sim to play. Maybe Max should forget about that illusive ghost lady.
Max has also earned me 3 Achievement Badges.
One was The Language of Love:
The two are getting close. Max even got the Faithful Reputation, probably because the only places he can really be romantic with Kirby is in public, so his advances are often seen. He's a little ashamed of inviting her to his place, but he did try it once. She stopped a few feet away from his lot and wouldn't come on over. Not impressed!
They have found places to woohoo, so Max struts around like a doofus. Kirby held a party once and Max spent the night there, along with all her roommates. They're going steady now, but the relationship is sometimes difficult to manage with the way he's living and working. I think Kirby just doesn't understand this whole challenge thing Max is doing!
He rolled a wish to move in with Kirby. In the meantime, his girlfriend has made some interesting changes. She's a level 3 rebel and has turned into a mermaid!
