After getting the new Dark Fantasy household settled in a bit, I sent Marion over to visit. She took Vince with her since they'd been playing Gnubb together. I saw that both Gork and Emily were working out on the climbing wall.
Emily came back down and pulled Chaos the baby dragon out of her inventory. CravenLestat uploaded her with a lot of neat things, including a rainbow butterfly with my name on it! ... BTW, that's Gort beside Emily. Gork is still climbing the wall.
Marion and Emily got to know each other.
Vince came over to where the others were socializing. He had been checking out the wishing well on the other side of the castle and had fallen in and gotten soaked.
Rexel had the misfortune of being chosen to test the new mausoleum rabbit hole rug. Not only did he not get to meet the new folks, he met crypt ghouls! I thought he would be tough enough to handle whatever he might meet down below, but apparently not.

I noticed Jillie running to the other side of the island. She must have leveled up in her Magician career because she had on a new outfit. I think she looks lovely.
I found out that a protest rally was being staged. Jillie and Idora were the first to arrive. I sent Marion on over and had her give an impassioned speech.
More islanders quickly gathered. It appeared that the Science Lab was the topic of the day. There wasn't an X through the symbol, so everyone must have wanted to improve scientific services on the island!
The rally finished up with Marion leading a chant.

Meanwhile, Rexel was called out to all three neighbor homes to deal with poltergeists. Don't feel too badly for Rex though. Marion's the one who needs to socialize. With her Shy trait, she should be spending more time with others for her Charisma skill to increase.
Besides, Rexel has already reached level 5 in his Ghost hunting career, so he's rising in the ranks.
Gort was very distressed by the sight of poltergeists in his home!
He ran outside to cheer as Rexel exorcised the spirit from a beehive.
After clearing the castle of ghosts, Rexel dealt with more poltergeists at Vince and Pamela's home.
And then it was on to the Barkers' house. By that time, Jillie had arrived back home and greeted him. I caught Rex using a pickup line on her, but he discovered she was married. Rex and Marion need to learn more Friendly interactions with other sims. They're too used to the Romantic choices they prefer with each other.
Torin also came home and was glad to see Rex exorcising ghosts. Good thing there hadn't been any serious flirting going on between Jillie and Rex when Torin arrived!
Keesh was taking a nap on the spa bench. He'll wake up smelling like wet dog.

Besides the mausoleum rabbit hole, I also installed a Criminal Hideout rabbit hole rug in the attic of the Old Tome Library. I had to put in a set of spiral stairs for access.
The Library is actually a community center as well, with lots of activities available.
And the City Hall rabbit hole rug is on the first floor (to the left).
