Same rules for my sim females as I had for my males: The list includes only those sims I've created and a few premades who I performed heavy makeovers on. I did not list any girls born in game to my families. And I didn't include townies who I only tweaked a little. And of course, I haven't listed any sims created by other players.
My females are a little more diverse than my created males, but there are strong similarities among all of them too. The ladies are listed in order of their appearance, or close to that. I have a few less females than males.
BTW, here's an example of what I mean by "tweaked heavily."

Brisha was my very first Sims 3 character. Old Riverview, then ported to Appaloosa Plains.
Santha was one of my early sims, a witch. Moonlight Falls.
Ellen, Garith's daughter from time traveling. I tweaked her a lot when she arrived as a child. Old Riverview, Appaloosa Plains, then Barnacle Bay as a YA.
Poppet was the imaginary friend of Russ (Brisha and Garith's son), with a makeover. Old Riverview, Appaloosa Plains, and now Russ' girlfriend in Isla Paradiso.
Rona, one of my own creations. Started out in Starlight Shores, but now resides in Lunar Lake.
Angel was the imaginary friend of Beth (Santha and Tilus' daughter), heavily tweaked. Moved from Moonlight Falls to Riverblossom Hills with Beth, then to Monte Vista with her genie Brandon.

Holly started out as a ghost in my second Riverview game. Made a witch, heavily tweaked, then resurrected. Now married to Roy in the Wild, Wild West.
