I'm still doing building and testing using a couple from the game bin, getting the world ready to play.
I redid some of the fencing in the Ghastly Manor "Civic Center."
I built a small addition to the dungeon level and included a seedy bar.
The rabbit hole rug in the back room is for the Criminal Hideout.
While I was working on the bar, the game camera swung up a couple of levels, and I saw that the Grim Reaper from the Door of Life and Death had made an appearance. A tourist was nearby, but ...
... it was a member of the paparazzi who had fallen into Grim's clutches.
She should never have knocked on Grim's door! I guess the welcome mat monster got her, but I didn't see it happen.
Grim made himself at home for a while after he collected the lady's remains.

I spent a little more time in the Ghastly Manor tonight. Lost another paparazzi. I've never seen Grim so busy!
It was a bleak stormy night. Chester climbed the steps to the manor's front door, anxious to get out of the hail.
But the moment he knocked, the misleading "welcome" mat slid open revealing a gaping hole.
And out of the dark depths came a slimy tentacle!
Chester fought the beast twice and prevailed.
But when he knocked on the door a third time, the monster pulled Chester down into the pit!
Only a terrible gurgling sound was heard.
No, Chester would not be enjoying the amenities of the manor.
And the Grim butler was not amused.
Nor did he show poor Chester any mercy.
