I placed another lot in Lost Cove. I wanted this one to be pretty, but still a bit unkept. It's designated as a Chinese Garden. Sims get a positive moodlet while there.
The main idea, though, was to have a central place for the balloon. It will be used by my sims later to travel to the different islands. Boating takes a lot of time, even with taxis and speedboats.
Lost Cove didn't have a hot tub, and Emad kept getting wishes for one. Here you go, Emad! Just for you.
I added the martial arts practice dummy and the board breaking blocks for him too.
Right now, the lots on the smaller islands are all empty. I had Emad balloon over to one, and it worked great.
His return trip was perfect too. The balloon landed inside its enclosure as I'd hoped. I made sure it couldn't land anywhere else on that lot.
After Bebhinn got off work, she and Emad enjoyed the hot tub together. She needed some down time!
This is the first time I've used the Le Cirque Esprit hot tub. I love the items from that store set.
Bebhinn and Emad did some sightseeing in the balloon. Bebhinn looked fascinated by the fire engine.
They also joined the exclusive Basket Club--a positive moodlet for woohooing in the balloon!

I upgraded the Diner lot too. It's designated a Hangout, but I needed to add some activities for sims to do. Visitors were looking a little bored with just the diner there. I gave them a gazebo with a jukebox under it. Also placed a fixer-upper car and a basketball court. Added an All-in-One. Maybe I'll do more later.
Mikel and Lynne danced while Emad tested access to the fixer-upper car.
Then I had Emad make sure the basketball court worked. He and another sim did hoops together later.
That night, Bebhinn, Emad, and Mikel ate at the diner while Natalia played basketball and Pablo used his MultiTab.

I had to enlarge the chicken yard in the small park. There hadn't been enough room to feed the chickens, so I needed to rearrange things. I also added an outhouse. Emad loved arguing with Charles, the Evil Chicken!
