03-05. Exploration, A Stray, and Rebel Trouble

Last night I added the finishing touches to the Innkeeper's Haven home. The only thing left to do is convert it to a true residence and add the stove and microwave.

I also gave all the gentlemen NRaas careers: self-employed (under the unemployed heading). They kept getting wishes for jobs. Each of them earns a daily stipend of $100. And everyone had enough lifetime reward points for the Long Distance Friend reward, so they have that now.

The next step is to check SP settings and set up a caste group for the new household.

I made the last changes to the new home. First, I added a small play area to the yard.


Then I decided to make the bedrooms 1 square smaller in width so the rec room could be larger. That way, I was able to add a small dance floor in front of the music stage (the plaid area). I also replaced the love seat in front of the TV with a 3-seat sofa.

I had Aaron explore the wardrobe last night and he found a few things, nothing super though. First trip. But he certainly had a lot of adventures: Lion, Witch, and the Wardrobe style.



But he happily made it back in one piece.

I love the meal mod. I tried it out on a community lot and it works great there too. Trevor, working to reach level 10 in Cooking, made breakfast calzones and served them to everyone even though the tables were all spread apart.

A stray dog has shown up on Mysterious Island. I found him at the library playing with the chew toy.


He's a little dog, but chunky--or fluffy maybe.


Jeremy is a Dog Lover, so I had him spend some time getting to know the stray.


He rolled a wish to befriend the little dog. I checked the stray's stats with NRaas. He doesn't have any traits at all.


The stray is an elder, but seems quite active. I am so tempted to add him to the household when some of the guys move out.

Rebel Bradley Battles the Nerds!
All his own doing, not mine.

Nerd Chris and Rebel Brad had a conversation. But they both ended up insulting each other and separating with bad moodlets. 


Bradley's next victim was going to be Nerdy Guy the Genius.
Chris: I have plenty of brains! Bradley doesn't know what he's talking about! Calling me an ignorant sellout!


Bradley: Bwahaha! Didn't know THAT was coming, did you smart guy!


And Genius Nerdy Daryl got the same fate.
