04-19. Bay Watch House

While dealing with pregnancies and marriages, I decided I needed one more house. I want smaller households. Even though I have NRaas settings to allow more than 8 sims in a household, the game still won't let me do certain things that add sims to a family. For example, now that Lotta and Clara are both pregnant, I can't have Eileen and Steven Try for a Baby. Very frustrating! I don't want to just pollinate her. So anyway, a had to add more land area before I could place a new lot.

This is the Bay Watch house. It sits out in the cove close to the Lightkeepers' lot. I have it already marked as a residence and the wild horses went over to visit the new place. As you can see, I have a stable ready for a horse. I'm going to move Chris and Charlotte here since Chris is an Equestrian. And either Bradley and Lotto or Daryl and Clara will join them once the babies are born.

The house started out as an EA build from the Library (Rose something or other). I took out the pool and most of the deck to open more yard space. I also added a large basement which I'm in the process of furnishing.

I haven't done anything to the inside of the original home. I'll probably leave that as is for now.
