I had Chris read the newspaper. He found the notice of Loch's birth and Grizelda and Trevor's marriage. Then he read this grisly news. I've never had the game kill off a toddler! Brigida had been marked for death all along! I was lucky to be able to bring her back to life--in whatever form.
But she's safe and sound for now.
I sent her into Stylist again for new clothes.
She's learned to walk and talk and is almost potty trained.
I let Chris the Equestrian adopt a horse. The choices were all foals except 2 elders. This is Derby. He's a Clueless elder. I've never had a Clueless pet, so I decided to give him a go. His other traits are Neat and Obedient.
I had all the grownups learning handiness skills so they can upgrade appliances.
At least Daryl, with his Neat trait, makes sure things are clean. He actually gets wishes to clean stuff! Who am I to deny him the joy?
Clara is an Angler and has been getting wishes to fish, so I put two low-level ocean spawners in the waters of the home lot. Clara's been catching mainly starfish so far.
I placed a Welcome Wildlife garden gnome on this property, hoping the wild horses might show up for a visit.
Then I got an ErrorTrap message about an Imaginary Friend named Peanuts. Never heard of him. It had to be a new IF. I used NRaas to get info on it and found out Peanut was supposed to be Loch's toy (the new Lightkeepers' baby). And it was obviously glitched, so I told NRaas to flush/delete it. Now there is only one IF on the island--Lefay's doll at the castle.
Brigida's voice still echoes like a ghost even though she's human now. I don't know how to fix it. Maybe it'll stop once she becomes a child. But for now, I needed to get back to the Lightkeepers so I could let Trevor and Griselda throw their little son Loch a birthday party.
