After the show, I sent Emad and Bebhinn over to the Lost Garden to play in the hot tub. There had been some trouble during Emad's performance and their date had ended. I'd gotten one of those notices about "someone here has some issues," which I can never figure out. I should have paid more attention to that notice!
Anyway, while they were in the hot tub, I saw that Bebhinn needed to kiss and make up with Emad. Ok. Usually it was Emad who was apologizing, but fine. Bebhinn's turn this time. They woohooed in the hot air balloon and everything seemed back to normal. Well, normal for them!
__________
Now, this was when I started thinking about the question that had been on my mind for a while: Should Emad and Bebhinn have a baby?I had decided NOT to let them have a child. They're not just a little evil, they're pretty hardcore evil. Killing people, you know. And they have trouble making friends in Lost Cove. I try to tell them to be friendly, but they often turn mean. Scaring, arguing, and slapping folks. And Emad Flirts. Then there's Bebhinn's Workaholic and Ambitious traits. She's obsessed.
As a couple, they're very romantic together, but they also have wishes to see each other's ghost. Which doesn't strike me as a very loving thing to wish. So, I mean, what kind of parents would these two be?
But both of them got wishes to have a First Baby. I kept the wishes just in case I decided to let them have a kid, but I don't know. Then Emad got another wish.
He said he wanted to have a baby with Bebhinn. It's like he was making sure I understand about having a kid. And why hadn't I listened to him yet? ... Was he threatening me?
So, should I let them have a baby? Or will they just warp the poor thing. Taking candy away, giving the kid nightmares. Will the child have to see a shrink later in life?
__________
After thinking more about the idea and listening to what others thought, I decided to let Emad and Bebhinn have a child. I'd work it all into my story for them somehow. There was still that troubling Gold Digger Lifetime Wish of Emad's though.
It was the same night as the show, the wee hours of the morning. I came up with the weird idea to have the couple conceive in a "rabbit hole" venue. I'd never done that before. I chose Bebhinn's workplace: Ghastly City Hall.
Remember, Lost Cove City Hall is housed in the Ghastly Manor Graveyard. It was foggy that night, the first day of Fall. And what do you know, good old Antwon May made an appearance. Another bad omen, I think!
The plan was to have Bebhinn take Emad into the judge's chambers and try for a baby. They did. There were no chimes, so I made them try three--or four--or five times--just for good measure.
When they came out of the judge's chambers, Antwon was still floating around. Then because it had been such a strange night, I had the couple get a Greeting Card memento of their time at Ghastly City Hall.
To my surprise, Antwon's name appeared as someone they could take a photo with. For a lark, I had them do that!
He wasn't happy about Bebhinn though. Her Evil reputation preceded her, I guess.

By this time, dawn had arrived and Antwon would soon vanish. But there was still someone Emad and Bebhinn hadn't met yet. The Grim Reaper. Bebhinn knocked on his door.
Bebhinn: And how are you this fine bright morning, Mr Reaper?
Grim: Peachy keen, ma'am! Everything's right with my world. How 'bout yours?
Bebhinn: And how are you this fine bright morning, Mr Reaper?
Grim: Peachy keen, ma'am! Everything's right with my world. How 'bout yours?
Bebhinn found out that Grim was Family-Oriented! Was he hoping for five little demons to raise?
While this was going on, Emad had thrown WonderPetal herbs into the fire and was playing with the flames. This would later turn out not to be such a good habit of his!
Bebhinn and Emad flirted in front of Death. Then I thought, why not take a Greeting photo with Grim too?
So they did. And what a great photo it was!
Grim: So, I have these tickets to the Devil's ball coming up soon. Would you like to join me?

Emad: Nice to meet you, Reaper. We'll stay in touch.
And then Death was gone. But Emad was glad they'd met.
Before heading home, Bebhinn took a quick nap in a rocking chair and Emad visited the dungeon gym.
