Even though the Nests have decided to stay awhile in ST, Elliot hasn't forgotten he's Law Enforcement. Actually, he's an International Super Spy.
So why not do a little international investigating in Sunlit Tides? He's hearing a lot of talk about those Kahales, especially the wife Alana. Elliot manages to gather some intel and later writes up an extensive report. But that's not the end of his search, not by a long shot!
Despite his plans, Elliot's not going to let work keep him away from Anabel very long. He won't be making that mistake again.
Elliot joins Anabel on the beach. He loves to watch her. She's always so full of life!
That evening, they take a few friends to dinner. Anabel still can't believe she's a married lady.
About this time, I discover that the Nests' sailboat is missing. I've had this happen before, and after checking things out, I discovered that my Overwatch version was out of date! So I replaced that and hope I don't have to buy any more boats.
I also spent time adding a dive lot in ST. I have an idea for my story line. One of the things I'm thinking about is making Elliot a merman temporarily (in the hopes of their having a merbaby).
So here are Elliot and Anabel in a new sailboat heading out to test the initial diving area I made.
Anabel of course can head straight down.
But Elliot needs to gain a skill point in snorkeling first. He finds a loch ness monster toy while doing it.
The trial dive lot was ok, but it was much too shallow. I had to find a way to fix that.
In the meantime, I sent Elliot and Anabel to the Sunlight Center while I worked on the lot. They ran into Daniel and Mary-Sue Pleasant. Daniel was just as flirty as ever.
After much research and work, I managed to find a way to lower the dive lot terrain--quite a bit. In fact, the diving area drops into a very deep hole! Oh well, it works for my purpose. Next time I have to lower terrain in water, I won't drop it so much. I was just using the suggestion given.
Early the following morning, Anabel and Elliot are ready to test the newly fixed dive lot. It actually was "smooth sailing" this time.
Unfortunately, even though the lot turned out ok, I found out that Elliot won't be able to get kelp from Anabel since she's in the same household. He's going to have to befriend another mermaid. But at least I have the dive lot ready when he wants to ask for kelp again.
Elliot did level up his scuba skill enough to open the chests I put down. The water in Sunlit Tides is so clear! Even in this deep diving hole.
Of course, the two newlyweds got wishes to woohoo in an underwater cave, so I let them test it out. Ladies first...
That scuba tank seems so clumsy after seeing how easily Anabel moves under water!
When Anabel comes back out of the cave, she looks ecstatic! She does a full backward roll.
With Elliot in all his head gear, it's hard to tell what he's feeling!
By this time, Elliot is low on air and heads to the surface...right into the sharks!
But Anabel dives back down to open the last chest.
So graceful.
The spawners for collectibles and catches haven't kicked in yet, so only the chests and caves yielded anything.
