But I did get a better feel for Rinn Fada as I was moving around, checking out all the rabbit holes. I found a few scenic areas. There is a really nice house built on a cliff near the waterfall.

And an abandoned lookout platform with a great view.

The platform is near the lighthouse.

There's a pasture with cardboard cows.

I also spent time making a simple Community College--basically a Sims University Extension campus--with University replacement rugs. I used a 3-story house from the game's bin. It looked like it had potential to be a school house to me! So this college gives sims a chance to take University classes and get a degree without going off for the full-blown Uni experience. Sort of long distance learning.
The game put the Weather Stone on this lot. I just pretend it's honoring early cultures.

I opened the downstairs up quite a bit, but left the eating areas. This round rug is Administration.

The second floor has a small area for TV, reading, listening to the stereo (or dancing, as most sims do). I have to keep the rooms with the rugs clear of furniture so students can access the rabbit hole rugs.

The last two college rooms are on the third floor. In all, I have Business, Arts, Science, Sports Annex, and Administration. These RHs offer all the University classes and degrees.
