Bunter: Oh no. Nothing like that. I wanted to talk about...other changes.
Bunter: Let's sit here in the car. I'll turn the radio on and we can discuss matters.
Caprice: We could talk in the nectar room...but I guess the car is ok.
Bunter: The car will be more comfortable, don't you think?
Bunter: Why don't you slide over this way? The cellar can get a little chilly at night. I'll keep you warm.
Caprice: Oh, you're so sweet!
Bunter: Actually, I wanted to start out by telling you a story.
Caprice: Really? I love stories! Is this a fairy tale?
Bunter: Yes, a fairy tale.
Once Upon A Time...there lived a prince--Prince Roy. He wasn't a cruel prince, but he was very selfish. He loved being with women, but he didn't love THEM. And yet, somehow the women always did his bidding. Every night he would meet a beautiful woman in the dark, secluded tower on his land.
And then he would seduce her.
And make woohoo with her in a tent...
Caprice: A tent!
Bunter: Uh, the tower was in ruins, so there wasn't a safe way to get a bed inside.
Caprice: Well, really! He was a prince. Why didn't he renovate that tower? ...A tent! That is NOT romantic!
Bunter: The prince was very good at making the tent...romantic.
Caprice: Hmm.
As I was saying, each night Prince Roy would invite a different lady to the tower and use his masterful powers of seduction to have his way.
And entice her into his romantic tent.
But always, afterwards, he would send her home brokenhearted.
Caprice: The beast! He's like that prince in the Arabian Nights story, the one who always killed women...only Prince Roy broke their hearts instead.
Bunter: He didn't mean to be cruel. He just didn't feel attached to any of them.
Caprice: Pfft!
Well, one night the prince met the Enchantress Holly at the tower.
He found her more alluring than any woman he'd ever met. She pleased him very much.
But before he could make woohoo with her, she cast a spell on him, and he fell instantly in love with her.
Enchantress Holly convinced Prince Roy to go deeper into the tower ruins. She wanted to explore the hidden passages and look for treasure--something the prince had never bothered to do with his other women.
So with the promise of woohoo at the end of the journey, Prince Roy threw himself into the quest.
It wasn't always easy. There were difficult times and unpleasant moments.
Gradually, the love spell wore off though. Even so, Prince Roy grew very close to Enchantress Holly. They laughed and worked together. They shared thoughts and secrets.
And by the time they reached the last room, Prince Roy had truly fallen in love with Enchantress Holly all on his own!
Caprice: So then what happened? Did he set up his tent and woohoo with her?
Bunter: Oh yes, they made woohoo.
Caprice: Then I bet he left again and found another lady.
Bunter: You don't think they lived happily ever after?
Caprice: Prince Roy? I really don't think so. ...But he's not like you. You'd never leave the Enchantress, would you?
Bunter: No. I wouldn't.
